We have all experienced stress or some form of trauma which leaves memories in the cells of our body. Those memories are the subconscious beliefs we obtained from the stress/trauma experience (or that we inherited from our ancestors stress/trauma) as well as the grudges we hold onto from those we blame (unknowingly) for the trauma.

Limiting beliefs and unforgiveness can make us physically ill and interfere with our ability to live life to the full. Theta Healing is the fastest path to releasing these cellular memories that hold us back and create unhealthy conditions in the body that contribute to illness or block healing.
